How Green Mining Systems Reduced The Environmental Damages

By John Jayme

Mining is crucial not only to the economy but also to our day to day life. The battery that we use, to the things that make up our home; these entire things can be rooted to mining. This is the reason why we need to take a look at the positive and the negative things that it left to our environment.

There are different effects when it comes to the past practice of mining methods in the different parts of the world. These days, since global warming and environmental issues are now on center stage, you have to admit that this changed the landscape of mining methods. More and more people are now aware of the negative effects of mining to our forests and natural resources, thus the mining firms were forced to change their means of production. This is the reason why manufacturers have shifter their jewelry manufacturing methods to something that is environmentally friendly.

If you will look at the different governments today, more and more laws are being passed in order to legislate green mining systems. Even the third world countries are now doing something in order to protect their country from devastation. If you will think of it, there are different negative side effects of mining today. Some mining firms in the past would make use of lead in order to produce gold. This is not really a good thing since aside from the fact that they dispose it on rivers, they are also making it hazardous for the people. It would even take years before a place could recover.

Some mining firms in the past would even exhaust all the minerals that they could get from the ground. This prompted landslide and other disasters in some places. Fortunately, jewelry manufacturing methods today and even mining systems revamped their ways in order for this scenario to be avoided. Another thing that can give us the jewelries that we need is the use of electricity in separating the different minerals. These simple concepts can really be effective in not just reducing waste byproducts but also the cost of producing jewelries.

Another thing that made the green mining systems positive these days is because of the fact that they have managed to revamp their waste management methods. This means that they have minimized the risks involved in disposing acid based wastes. These disposal techniques are useful not only to the environment but also to the company’s reputation.

Since mining can’t be avoided, we really have to make sure that we find alternatives. For one, it has been a practice in the past to have open pit mining. This is actually dangerous not only to the area but also to the health of individuals living in the mining site. This is the reason why explosive mining has long replaced this old method. With these new technologic advances and alternatives, mining’s footprints to the environment could be decreased significantly. Though this is something that is straightforward in approach, this method keeps our environment safe while we still get the minerals that we need.

If you try to trace back the history of jewelries, it would take much of your time and attention to fully grasp the whole of its idea. Different cultures have used it in their own unique way and most especially to denote their economic status. Through this, succeeding generations have been supplied with countless insights into how primeval cultures operated.

Organic jewelry has become a fashion trend in today’s generation. Manufacturers of organic jewelries have brought back the art of carvings from the history to the present times. People in the past used refined and elegant jewelries that are very analogous to the pieces of jewelries made from organic materials today.

So what made organic jewelry so popular by the way? Well, aside from the fact that it can provide a unique sense of beauty and attraction, it is far cheaper in price in contrast to gold and silver jewelries. They are naturally made from raw materials and are sort out or processed marginally in which people find safer to wear than other types of jewelries. The whole process of making organic jewelries often embroils recycling to get hold of raw materials such as claws, bones, horns, teeth of animals, stone, coral, amber, pearls, and wood, instead of looking for new ones.

When people buy jewelries, they tend to look for products that are made naturally and can typically lessen their chances of getting skin irritation and infection. From the name itself, organic jewelries do offer these advantages.  Furthermore, they are outstandingly stylish, well-crafted, and vividly designed.  What’s more to that is the fact that it can be pierced to the human body which is definitely one of the demands in the fashion world today.

Moreover, people, especially the youngsters, love to match their garments with their accessories. Organic jewelries will best answer this craving. Knowing that organic jewelries do not cost that much as compared to other jewelries, then people can opt to change them every day to match their outfits and the occasions.  Isn’t that great?

One of the most widely held organic jewelry at the moment is in the form of pearls. According to research, pearls come from the tears of an oyster. It was and is always said that a strand of pearl is an indispensable element in a woman's jewelry collection. On the other hand, men use pearls as tie pins or a couple of pearl cufflinks. As years pass, pearls were crafted into necklaces, rings, earrings, and bracelets which are now deliberated as must-have custom accessories.

Though there are some people who think that organic jewelries make them look cheap, they still cannot ignore the fact that these jewelries are more durable than those not properly handmade. Above all these, you are not only profiting from low-cost jewelries, you are also saving the environment’s health. True organic jewelry hails from the land, but then again is not detrimental to its natural balance; nevertheless, it improves people’s existence. Organic jewelry is therefore an essential portion of the world’s economy and should be treasured.

Actually the word organic refers to something natural which has core value. And organic music is the music which gives positive vibes and by listening this type of music our soul really feel good and soother. Now a day’s music is recorded in studios and the natural instrument’s voices that are the real instruments for this kind of music, as its instrumental voices can be manufactured  on keyboards or this can also be done by some computer software too. And now almost every musician use drum machines, software for instrumentation, electronic keyboards etc. But majority of the people more enjoy music that is played through natural instruments then the recorded ones. Even there are organic music festivals that are appreciated and enjoyed by people very much. Many people wait for these festivals as they are crazy about these kind of festivals. And specialty about these festivals are they are not the recorded one, Natural instruments are used to play the music. That’s why people like it more.

Most practice places for organic music are Africa, Brazil. And this kind of music is enjoyed and appreciated almost in the whole world. There are number of natural instrument that is used to play organic music  some of them are goat hoof shaker, Moceno flute, Multicultural, Kinder Harp, rain stick, scraper, Pacay shaker, Sampona Flute and many more. Let me introduce these instruments with you in more details. Goat Hoof Shaker:- this instrument comes from Bolivia’s agricultural communities. To make dry, big crackle sounds, hooves are relieve from boiled, milky herds then it thread together to make hand rattles and ankle. Moceno Flute:- This flute is carved and handcrafted carefully with cultural icons, offers 2 octaves. Its length is 23 inches usually. Pacay Shaker:- When Pacay fruit’s skin is left to dry with the large seeds that is inside it then this instrument born. It’s very much easy to hold and play. And its length is 17 inches approx. Rain Stick :- This stick is Chilean rain stick which has diameter of minimum 2 inches, the stones jog through and pass off immense sounds. And its length is 16 inches usually.

Another type of natural instrument is Sampona Flute:- This is a traditional flute and this flute is from Bolivia and its longest tube comes in 9 inches size. There is one more type of natural instrument i.e. Scraper, that is founded in Peru. This instrument is washed, dried and sanded after that it is carved for designs and washboard for some scraping sounds. And it’s length is of 12 inches approx. There are many more natural instruments from around the world. And these instruments really helpful for kids so that can learn something about these traditional things and get inspired. Each and every instrument has some kind of historical view and particular culture. Each and every  natural instrument is handmade. All the above instrument discussed are specially for kids so that they get inspired and get to know more about traditional music. This kind of music is very much popular in Brazil and there are many musicians who play this music. There are some  original and unique styles that is opted by Brazilians  some of that styles are samba, frevo, choro, lambada, maracatu, sertanejo, axe, brega, Brazilian, bossa nova and many more.

This type of music should be encouraged because recorded music and artificial instrumental music can’t be compared with organic music. Music is something that play a very important role in our life. So it is very important that what kind of music we listen as it affect our life for sure. As people use to listen some good music when they are feeling low. And people enjoy with dancing on some hip hop music when it’s about festival or some special occasion. So I can bet that you will enjoy more when you listen organic music. People usually feel relaxed and get entertained by listening this kind of music. They feel like dancing when they listen to this music, there foot start dancing itself when they heard about this music type. We should listen to this kind of music more as it will be our more contribution towards our tradition and let me tell you that recorded artificial instrumental music affects at our health too. As some scientists prove that there are some harmful vibes that comes from artificial produced music through new technology’s instruments. As they fasten human’s blood circulation and effect heart beat too.

And there is one more point to listen this kind of music is what kind of music we listen our kids will follow the same, so if we listen music that is produced by some natural instruments then this music will go on and on with our kids. This type of music is environment friendly. Even birds feel good when they listen music played by these natural instruments as it seems that it is playing naturally. There are many cities specially in Africa and Brazil who organize special festivals for this kind of music, there are huge variety of music that is played by these natural instruments and people waits for these festivals from long time. As they got a chance to enjoy such kind of music which is very rare now a days. So only we can make it popular and only we can start it again to that old peak.

New technology music over taken this kind of music very quickly, but natural instrumental music is having its impact on people always as they are always more curious about natural instrumental then the new technology’s music. People enjoy new tech music for sometime only but natural music that is produced by some natural instruments are evergreen. So we should encourage natural instrumental music then the new technology’s music. There is no doubt that these new tech music has its own importance as they come with some new features but nothing can replace the music that is played by these natural instruments. Educate your kids about this and feel proud to born on this earth which produce these kind of unique antiques.

Organic Toys

On the surface, organic toys look like conventional toys and for the most part both are made with the same materials such as plastic, wood and cotton. But choosing to purchase organic toys for children allows parents to reduce their children’s exposure to chemicals that are potentially harmful to human health early on. The differences between materials used to make organic and conventional toys lie in how they are grown and manufactured.

Materials such as cotton and wood are grown without the use of pesticides, herbicides fertilizers and the crops are rotated to keep the soil healthy. Animal products such as wool come from animals raised on organic farms that were not treated with antibiotics or hormones. The products are not taken from crops and animals that have been genetically modified.

In the factory, peroxide is the only chemical used during the manufacturing of organic toys. It is completely safe because it breaks down into water and oxygen, so no harmful chemicals are released into the environment. Vegetable oils, milk-and oil-based paints are glazed on them. Because of the rigorous standards from beginning to end, there is no chance that harmful chemicals will end up on the product, in the environment, the home or the child.

Most organic toy manufacturers comply with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) guidelines, an international organization that sets standards for the design and manufacturing of many products, including toys to ensure they are safe. Manufacturers can choose to follow the guidelines or not but most toy manufacturers do. And in August 2008, the United States passed the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act which limits the levels of phthalates and lead in all toys for kids up to 12 years of age and is believed to be one of the strictest toy safety laws in the world.

The makers of organic toys often comply with voluntary and mandatory standards in addition to meeting the ones that make their product organic. Many of the materials used in organic toys are made in the USA, which has very rigorous standards for being considered organic and will inspect manufacturers and farms to ensure. While organic toys are made in countries outside the U.S., the criteria can differ and toys that are not organic may be sold as organic.

Organic toys are important for a number of reasons. Parents with infants and toddlers who enjoy putting things in their mouth will not have to worry about what chemicals they might be ingesting. It eliminates allergies caused by synthetic chemicals which in laboratory animals have been shown to disrupt normal hormone regulation and cause cancer.  People are exposed to a number of chemicals over their lifetime beginning from the moment they are born, many of which persist in the environment and in the body. Organic toys allow children to explore their world through fun and education in a safe and natural way.

Real Estate Tree Houses Branching Out in the Organic Market

A Review of the Real Estate

Tree houses were once an architectural design that was meant as playhouses for children. However, they are now real estate used by adults as well. Tree houses can be built in a variety of designs, all meant to sit placidly among the limbs and branches of trees. The aboveground building can be used for recreational purposes or as a residence, temporary shelter, observation area, or even as a place in which one can work. Depending on the style, many tree house structures can be built at a fairly reasonable price.

An Aboveground Fortress

In tropical places, such as Papua, New Guinea, tree houses are the shelters of indigenous peoples, such as the Korowai tribe. In fact, tree houses are found, many times, throughout tropical, undeveloped areas, raised above ground level, many times on stilts, to safeguard the inhabitants from wild animals. In the case of the Korowai, the houses protect them from the danger of assault from a nearby tribe of headhunters.

How Real Estate Tree Houses Fit in with the Organic Way of Life

Real estate tree houses can be easily incorporated into the organic lifestyle as they can be built in remote or forested areas without the need to clear the area of trees. The houses can be constructed from a variety of building materials too, and often are made with recycled materials, thus encouraging sustainability. Plus, using reclamated wood and materials not only saves the environment, it saves on building costs too.

Wood is the Primary Building Material used in Constructing a Tree House

That said, wood is usually used in the building of tree houses with supporting parts, such as cables, brackets, and bolts, made of durable steel. Bolts are available that can hold up to over 5,000 pounds, and are specially designed for tree house designs. As mentioned, stilts are also used in the building of tree houses and increase safety and stabilization of the structure. Usually fortified with concrete, stilts, when included in the building of a tree house, can be nicely worked into a wooded setting. However, be careful about the type of wood you choose for constructing the tree house. For example, steer away from knotty pine as it cannot hold weights as well as other kinds of woods. Look at hardwoods, such as maple or oak, for building the structure.

Stabilizing and Securing the Tree House

Nails are not suggested for securing tree houses or for anchoring them to a tree. To lessen the stress and tension, again, bolts that accommodate a substantial weight are recommended in the building of the structure. Cables, in some instances, are used for suspending this unusual piece of real estate – a method that makes the building of the house more challenging and less accessible.

The Largest Known Tree House in the World is Made from Totally Recycled Materials

Within the organic community, tree houses are becoming favored for enhancing the looks of the natural environmental and providing a measure of protection. Plus, as already stated, you can use recycled materials in order to construct your aboveground shelter. In fact, the tallest tree house known in the world is a 10-story structure in Crossville, Tennessee. The tree house extraordinaire is made up of recycled woods from barns, sheds and garages as well as other reclaimed materials, salvaged from Plexiglass, furnishings, and license plates.

Building your Own Tree House from Recycled Building Materials

When choosing recycled materials, however, make sure that you scrutinize each piece carefully. Therefore, make certain wood is free from any damage caused by pests or rotting, and does not contain fissures or cracks. Again, steel bolts are better for support than nails as they don’t cause as much injury to the tree itself. If you are the builder of such a house too, it is best to complete each section of the structure first before hoisting it up with pulley and rope to its place it among the tree canopy.

Building Codes – Check Local and State Ordinances with Respect to Building Tree Houses in your Area

The above suggestions are more helpful if you are constructing a small structure for your kids or are making a kind of observation deck. You can also have a real estate tree house designed and built by using the services of a tree house builder. Local laws are somewhat sketchy in some areas with respect to the construction of tree house designs, so it is a good idea to check your city’s or state’s building codes and ordinances before you begin to build.

Tree Houses and Accommodations used for Environmental Protests

You can also add tree sitting in a tree house as a way to wage a protest that is environmental too. For example, one tree sitter sat in a tree house of sorts—two platforms above the ground built in a Redwood—for over two years in order to save that tree and neighboring trees from being cut down.
