Organic products such as avocados and eggs are now increasing in popularity as people start to appreciate their benefits. Farmers who produce these two tasty products are known to use traditional environmentally-friendly methods. Many people now prefer purchasing and eating organic avocados and eggs since they have a superior taste along with additional environmental and health benefits.

 1. Production of organic eggs

Organic eggs are special kinds of eggs that are gotten from hens that have been fed a distinctive organic feed. In general, organic eggs normally come from chickens that do not get routine prophylactic antibiotics, that are not injected hormones and also who consume organically grown feed. This means that the feed given to these chickens is not treated with either fertilizers or chemical pesticides.

·         Organic avocados also provide the benefit of cholesterol reduction due to their high beta-sitosterol content. This particular compound has been proven to lessen cholesterol levels and improve blood flow in the body.

In brief, organic eggs and avocados are full of vital nutrients and minerals. Even though they may be more costly in most food stores, they are worth it as they are truly nutritious.
