Sports nutrition is big business; of that, there is little doubt. For the sports enthusiast, or just the average person trying to stay fit and healthy, going “organic and green” is a good move. If you are going to spend money buying sports supplements, why not ensure that those supplements are of the highest organic quality?

The overall goals of most people involved with different sports activities are usually the same. It really doesn’t matter whether your chosen sport activity is football, cycling, swimming, tennis, running, skiing, martial arts, weight lifting, or a dozen different others, you want to; enhance strength and power; increase lean muscle and reduce body fat; increase energy and endurance; improve performance and health; use safe and effective products; and finally, nourish and keep the body healthy. Choose wisely among the different sports supplements to make sure they are truly organic.

Unfortunately, not all sports supplements are created equal, even if the product is advertised as “organic”. The wise consumer will carefully check the ingredient labels of the supposed “organic sports supplement”. Many sports supplements in fact contain artificial ingredients. What do you look for? Try the following; NO wheat, gluten or yeast; NO artificial colors, preservatives, hormones or antibiotics; NO artificial sweeteners or flavors (also includes splenda-sucralose, aspartame, or acesulfame-potassium). Aspartame is one of the most dangerous, and has been proven to be an “excitotoxin”. A good Google search will reveal the dangers of aspartame.

There are many different types of organic supplements to choose from. One standard sports food, especially in weight training weight-loss programs, is organic whey protein. These shake mixes help as meal replacements, and the protein dramatically burns off fat and creates lean muscle mass. For organic sports bars, try Raw Revolution greens and super live food; Honey Stinger Energy Gels come in a variety of flavors, and are a convenient natural energy source; there also organic green superfoods, such as spirulina and blue green algae (try Total Body Greens for a fantastic energy boost!); there are also super omega essential fatty acids, very important for good brain function; and what sports program is complete without amino acids, and branched-chain-amino acids (BCCA’s)—Master Amino Pattern are excellent organic supplements.

The smart sports buff and devotee will also want to stay well hydrated during any strenuous activity. Many of the so-called “sports drinks” in fact contain artificial sweeteners, such as High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS0. There is an increasing amount of scientific research revealing HFCS is one of the primary causative factors in the obesity epidemic sweeping America. Be sure to check your labels on sports drinks for HFCS and aspartame. You may want to try Herbalife for quality organic sports hydration drinks.

It really doesn’t matter if you are an elite athlete, weekend warrior, or just the average person committed to staying healthy, going organic is truly the best option. Staying with the essential core ingredients of protein, amino acids, green superfoods, and perhaps a good organic liquid multi-vitamin, health, vitality, and a long life are yours for the taking by going organic! Happy sporting!

Some supplement show negative effects, the question is why ? due to no attention on regular diet & proper relaxant its show negative effects because with heavy training bodybuilders need maximum rest into my eye they have three things into a bodybuilder life exercise and proper diet then proper rest.
